But if you perform a bios update after? wil autopilot still be gone? i did exactly what you said and its gone the autopilot... but in windows it performed now firmware update thats why im asking

as I explained before, extract bios region and ME firmware from update and with Intel FIT create a clean image if you want to get rid of autopilot. Erasing key and invalidating the entry will allow you to create an offline account while installing a fresh copy of windows. ( option "i don't have internet"). You have to reinstall windows again after modifying bios.-----------------------------------------------------

Hello, I need help with a Dell Latitude 3390 OS booting issue.
The unit powers on normally, and BIOS loading time appears normal.
However, when the device boots into the OS, a black screen appears, but the mouse cursor is still movable.
SSD health is normal.
I already reimaged the OS, and boot times appeared normal afterward. However, once Windows updates are installed and the device restarts to complete the updates, the issue returns.
I also tested using a known-good SSD and performed a standard OS reimage, but the issue still returns... -
This one's a weird one, and still unsolved despite it having gone back to Dell once.
Specs
i7-8750H, GTX 1060 Max Q, 500GB SSD & Seagate 7mm 1TB HDD. 17.3 IPS screen. This has the fingerprint reader in the power button.
Backstory
I bought this from eBay, from a wallpapering shop. £650 in 2020 which was a good price considering it's a gaming laptop. Physically it's in perfect shape, apart from the hinge mounts on the palmrest failing in the time I've had it (I have a new palmrest for it). My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.

Dell Latitude 3510 (Intel Core i7-10510U) CPU Overheating
Issue Description:- CPU Overheating to 100°C
- When I start the laptop from a cold state, it takes about a minute to reach temps around 80-90-100°C, and CPU thermal throttling triggers.
- When the CPU fan is running at full speed (by disconnecting PWM and TACH cables), CPU temperature stays around 50-60°C.
- However, when the fan is connected normally to the motherboard, it does not kick in at high temperatures.
- I also noticed a few times that the fan kicked in for a very short time, but it does not stay on consistently.
