This Serial Number was found in your Dump file "MAN0CX22V479423", and it refers to this Model "X409FA" not "X509FA". I took the laptop to the service center, they said that the bios was not working, I took it to another, where they replaced the processor with the hub.
bios needed, original dump lost in previous service.
