PCB SLEEK G3 MLK N18P 19795-1 403YF$LA Motherboard received in no display condition. Customer original fault is Keyboard and touchpad not working after removed battery. Already someone tried to programmed BIOS then no display. Unfortunately the product service tag is also missing. I tried no of bios and no display - Fan spinning in full speed then board power OFF, Anyone can help me -

I've received dell ins 5577 for charging issue, found on board VIN first mosfet burnt and I replaced new. Now resolved that charging issue. But unfortunately display not come. DC supply reading take 0.375A and also board is directly power ON. RTC 3.3V good; BIOS done. any idea? -
