Bios For ThinkPad L13 Gen 2

Lenovo Thinkpad L13 Gen 2 - Serial Number: PW-01A0XZ, Type Number: 21AB-003LUS
Rails checked ok and Fan working CPU, RAM warming but no display. If do CMOS Caps Lock, F1, F4 light showing until turn off. Next boot try no lights. That EC and BIOS gone?

Keyboard lights gone only fan spinning and power button light showing only black screen.

I had 5 of L13 gen 2 with Type VJ variance. Which 2 of them defenitely had faulty BIOS. I try to fix or program other bios but they have a nice boot current (1 Ampe ) but don't Display. Plealse help me

Also those with Type VH variance work perfectly with some BIOS here. Only the VJ one won't give display

unfortunately,some be scrachted and unreadable. And to be honest I'm not sure if the previous people keep those orginial part in correct order.

This is the SNID of the second bios, which have "(3)" mark that I can read. Not sure if the last chacracter is correct: PW-00VR0Y
