Pls help to repair or rebuild my bios

Thinkpad L13 yoga no display with fan spin

Lenovo L13 Yoga Gen 2
- SN : R9-146K8V
- Type : 20VK-0024US
With Procesor i7-1185G7 vpro, has 2 SOIC8 chips wtih Gigadevice (EC) and MXIC (BIOS)
The problem is 4 note beep when power on, then off after beep

Have tried the bios file from this thread for 20VK, the beep is gone but light power indicator always flickering and still no display

Can anyone share the BIOS file or EC file for this type?

post S/N, full name and model, motherboard model, TYPE,etc.

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

my bios is not working, cpu is very hot, please check

Hi I think this is a BIOS issue as all the power rails are there and just randomly will not display on its integral or external screens, powers up fans working heatsink getting hot, keyboard back light works briefly when in fault mode.

Attached is the BIOS that boots randomly when it works it works without any issues. only the escape key is lit when it plays up
Can someone please help me?

i have tested the file provided but still no display,laptop powers on escape key light is on keyboard backlight flashes and fan spins momentarily then stops.

Rails checked ok and Fan working CPU, RAM warming but no display. If do CMOS Caps Lock, F1, F4 light showing until turn off. Next boot try no lights. That EC and BIOS gone?
