what mod are you done? I have same issue for Dell Inspiron 15 3515 Ryzen. Measure all seems ok and condition exactly same. It was 1 white 3 amber before. Then i checked BIOS but image was broken. Then i flashed factory bios but indicator changed to 1 white 2 amber....Leave a comment:

HP Book 15, 15-fc1978au, DA0PDBMB8F0 REV:F same things happened. ALC3247 heating up when press power button after 1 sec laptop shutting down but ALC3247 still heating up and consuming energy. When i remove ALC still same and A21X 2898 seems like 16 leg Load Switch IC removing after PC not shutting down. But not trying to boot only Power led coming not trying to booting when i see usage from PSU. Can you help bro? Other components measure was seems ok. AN515-55(517-52) FH51M LA-J871P Rev:1B 2020-06-04 That was when lower iGPU usage laptop freezing randomly. Rails checked ok and Fan working CPU, RAM warming but no display. If do CMOS Caps Lock, F1, F4 light showing until turn off. Next boot try no lights. That EC and BIOS gone?...Leave a comment:

Dell Inspiron 3510 GDM50 LA-L246P.
When i click power button it shows amber light if i release button it's turning off. How long i click it's showing exactly. BIOS chip.s 1st leg is detached then i resoldered but nothing changed. 2ohms is ok it's better check when running. If your CPU rails no voltages there is any damaged components will be foundable. This is told your BIOS and EC firmware working just need to find damaged component and do CMOS reset when you replace them. 1st check Charger EC then follow their usages....Leave a comment:

Did you traced rails? I think EC Firmware can protect CPU power rails when components damaged. This symptom usually happens when CPU had no powers. Only flash bios can't fix this....Leave a comment:
