NM-C361 no VCCSA power MP2949A firmware

I have a problem with the power supply for the CPU.
This motherboard had a burnt MP2949A.
After exchanging for a new piece the same problem.
I got the same board, but the functional one from which I used this chip and the board started working.
Someone can't advise me if this chip does not need to be programmed before use but somehow set up.

So I will answer myself.
Yes, it must be programmed otherwise it will not work.
This programmer can be used EVKT-USBI2C-02.

Today I replace this IC to new on the board NM-C362 and all work fine.
Not need programming IC.
This motherboard have Intel and Nvidia GPU.
Motherboard NM-C361 have only Nvidia.
Maybe need programing only, if not use Intel GPU.

If you look at the NM-C362 scheme.
The IT8586E has access via the I2C bus (EC_SMB_DA, 3 EC_SMB_CK3) to the two ICs LV5075BGQV and MP2949AGQKT. Maybe there is part of the firmware for the MP2949AGQKT in the program for the IT8586E.
And as an option for NM-C362, is the erased or not ICs MP2949AGQKT.
IT8586E at startup configures MP2949AGQKT (EC_SMB_DA, 3 EC_SMB_CK3) in any case.
