The problem was originally a password locked bios. I got a dump of the bios and tried to patch it. I tried reprogram it but failed with bios error LEDs, and now I cant program the original bios either. Maybe it got corrupted somehow? Attaching both the original and patched bin files here.

You may have damaged the hardware, pay attention to the very small components around the bios chip pins.
