HELLO FRIENDS I NEED HELP AT MY WORKSHOP A DELL 3400 LAPTOP ARRIVED THE PROBLEM IS THAT SOMEONE ELSE CHECKED IT, REMOVED THE BIOS CHIP AND UP TO 2 PADS BUT ALREADY REPAIRED THE PADS I FOUND A CHIP TO PUT BIOS AND I TRIED SOME THAT I FOUND ON THE INTERNET BUT WHEN YOU TURN IT ON ONLY THE AMBER LED LIGHTS UP AND NOTHING ELSE IT DOESN'T TURN ON I HAVE CHECKED THE VOLTAGE AND IT SHOWS THE CHARGE, 3V AND 5V I IMAGINE THAT IT IS MOSTLY FOR BIOS DOES SOMEONE HAVE A UNIVERSAL BIOS? I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT I DO NOT PUT A SERVICE TAG SINCE THE LABEL WAS REMOVED

I need help removing/unlocking the BIOS Service Tag password on my Dell Latitude 5520 laptop.
Problem details:
* Model: Dell Latitude 5520.
* Board ID (from BIOS file): TGL MB 8L 19819-1 (Southpeak15).
* Required Password Code: 3FE2 (BIOS Service Tag Lockout Code).
* Service Tag: (Enter your actual Service Tag from the laptop here)
* BIOS Status: I successfully modded the BIOS file and created FINAL_CLEANED_ME.bin (32MB) with a clean ME region (CSME 15.0), because the original dump was corrupt.... -
Sorry for the long story. I have a Dell Latitude 5530 (i7) laptop (South Peak 15 MLK MB DDR4 203102-1 FK8VG$JA) with an admin BIOS password that I want to remove. Service Tag: HYKFPT3. Other than that the laptop worked OK.
I found a CH341A Black and went looking for the BIOS chip on the motherboard. After trying to read one chip that was a firmware chip but not the BIOS I think I found the BIOS chip labeled Winbond 25Q256JVEN. Altogether I think I found 4 different firmware chips in the laptop. The BIOS chip is a WSON8 6x8. I used the CH341A, NeoProgrammer, and a cheap pogo pin clip... -

So, i kinda spend significant ammount of the last couple of days trying to flash a new bios, and or unlocking the current bios password with little to no results.
The whole thing started with it being the 8fc8 bios, i found the tools to unlock that but i needed a bios dump. So i pursued that, im at a point where i dessoudered the chip, and succesfully soudered it to the ch341, dumped whatever was on it.
However, the tools supposed to unlock the 8fc8 say that there is no 8fc8 hex inside. And when i followed diffrent tutorials to just flash a new bios onto the chip i got stuck on the... -

3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"
