laptop is came back with same problem. problem hangs on windows loading screen. with before clean me bios fixed this problem. i think need another clean me bios. can you help me again about that?

Can you please tell me how do you make this file?
When i do the cleaning , pc boots up fast post image comes up right after the press of the power button but sata and pcie ports not working
