hi, is me again, last laptop is giving me headache. I am not able to READ or FLASH the 8MB chip, as the other ones. Is giving an error :
    Pin detected passed
    Check ID Error!
Checked ID is : 0x FF FF FF
Wish to continue programming, please cancel[Check Device ID] option!

I did disable "Check ID" and reading went through, but writing Didn't.

Is there any solution for this issue?

Chip is the same as for the other ones so is not possible to pick a wrong chip from the list

    Thanks in advance

Now you can see how well the Rex98 software works.
The 16MB Bios chip doesn't need to be patched because nothing is found in it.
If you have 2 chips, as in your case, you have to consider which of the two should be processed.
In your case only the 8MB chip needs to be written back.
