    Help fix my bios dump. The laptop turns on and just spins the fan. There is no reaction with the other dumps, the power button just lights up.
    S/T 960J2Z2 (maybe not 0, but O rubbed out)

    I chose a different compatible chip — the Winbond 25Q256 — which I saw is similar to the 25B256DYIG.
    I managed to extract the BIOS, but I'm not sure if the dump was done correctly, because the file contains a lot of zeros and doesn't look like other BIOS dumps I've seen online.

    Could someone please take a look and confirm if it was read properly? I just want to make sure I have a valid copy of the original (locked) BIOS so I can proceed with unlocking it.

    Hi there masters, recently i got a dell 5400 chromebook and wanted to install windows, i searched the internet and i found out other people also wanting a UEFI bios for this model, i searched there is a R/W legacy, but there are bugs like keyboard/trackpad not working, and hard to install.

    so i decided to try to port one, this bios is based on dell 5400 windows version, i am testing this bios for a week now an found only a little to no bug at all in windows 10, or only a minor issue
    in windows 11 sound driver compatibility, but overall its ok, for me i can deal with it, 😅😅😅...

    3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"
