Sorry I never answered, took the IC from a ADATA DD5 for desktop this one in particular [url]https://www.techpowerup.com/review/adata-xpg-lancer-ddr5-5200-2x-16-gb/3.html[/url] in the pictures u can see it has the same IC
Took it from there and installed in the mobo, it worked!!!

Was looking for how to add dmi throught HxD
And find out where was stored the BIOS PWD
If anyone has this problem in the future go to 00802000 and select from 00802000 to 00802030 and and fill all with FFFF (ÿÿÿÿ)

Looked up in the forum and cant find a compatible version to my BIOS PWD locked on power on.
Tried several but there are little dif and they cant detect nvme storage because there are 246 g8 or similar but no my model.
