Hi all. There is a DELL Latitude 5400
MB LA-892P Rev 1.0 (A00). Came to me with a problem that takes a long time to turn on. After pressing the button, 23 seconds pass until the image appears. The BIOS chip has already been flashed. I don't have the original dump. Can someone help me with this problem? Here is the dump in the laptop.

It was solved by simply cleaning the ME region.

its easy you just need to combine the two bios 8+16. before cleaning. and it would be good.

                                use this flash both.
1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode
