    what problem do you have ??? post the backup of the bios ..

      Prooblem is when you press power screen flashes once then restarts 4 times (after bios CLR or flash and clr) and stays that way. Nothing on screen.

      I did find old bios (i mean i extracted it from oldest "bios_update.exe" on from Hp website (newer versions do not start the "extractor program". Compared $BID and found the right one. Its the same effect - so its not bios.

      Any ideas?

        if it is not bios move the discussion to the main forum, ask for help there ..

          can you check the bios ? maybe i fooked up?

          Did same version with sn transplant to same $BID

          there is no win key inside

          it contains me region (did not mess with that)

            Wierd thing is i can even update it from usb O_o and i see it did it from log file on the "rescue usb" Still no display

              bios extracted from the HP site update, the laptop has three bios variants, yours is 084F8
