hello guys.

I have a case here , the laptop not turning ON, when i plug the power the CAPS LOCK turn ON for about 5sec and than goes off, and nothing after that even if i press the power button.

The BIOS and EC ROM are programmed before i got this laptop. So is there any solution ? i tried others files but no luck.
