Post your bios backup,plus a picture of the white/green sticker on the motherboard,its the one with a bacode/QR code on it,its usually on or around the ram/ram slot.

this doesn't work,. laptop powers on but no display (blank/black screen)

i'm sorry about that, i uploaded picture of both side of the motherboard. i thought the information needed is in there.
anyway, i upload another picture. i hope this contain the serial number that you asked. there's no other sticker or printed information on the laptop.
