i'm sorry about that, i uploaded picture of both side of the motherboard. i thought the information needed is in there.
anyway, i upload another picture. i hope this contain the serial number that you asked. there's no other sticker or printed information on the laptop....

hello!
i'm new here and i don't know where to go. i just want to ask somebody about a laptop problem., i have this asus (X202E) laptop that i fix for a button problem only. the laptop works for a month and suddenly it turns off (no charging LED light & no power LED light). the board has: 19v on power rail, 3.3v on power button, 1.2v from one of the coil
I tried this:
1. replacing the BQ735 chip(responsible for regulating power to the battery). The laptop turns on (for a day) and then turns off (no charging LED light & no power LED light)
