The password was correctly deleted, but I have problems when turning off the computer, it only completes the power on once, after that if I turn off the laptop, when I turn on I receive 6 white ticks from the power LED:violín:

Is there a way without knowing the Dell service tag number or from extracting an identifier from the given BIOS BIN to find the warranty status? I do not want to mess up and give out an unlocked bin to someone who does not deserve it.

The device is still under warranty. Call Dell support if you own this device.

I know that they are under warranty but I bought 10 pieces after leasing and I do not have the original proofs of purchase.
