I found a chip next to the BIOS battery... "XMC" QH2568XI... THAT'S THE ONE.

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

you need an SPI programmer...here is a video for example..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWWi...nnel=ThisIsHow

How do I extract the "for original BIOS" file, please? Yes, I'll pay 10 euros via PayPal...of course.

    Thank you
If you press the power button and the front LED lights up amber, then I would suspect that the BIOS chip isn't properly seated on the motherboard.
Watch this video; the same thing happened to him, and he describes having a solder bridge.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMvosjEA0oA
The error in the video is at 3:58
You could also upload a picture of your soldering work.
I also use the RT809H programmer myself, so that shouldn't be the problem.

I had to unlock a Dell 5540 notebook myself, and with this model you have to be very careful not to damage adjacent components when de soldering the BIOS IC, as the components are very close to the IC.
    But it worked.
Important resistors are placed very close together, as you can see in the picture.
