This file not good, try to read it again correctly or use a good SPI Programmer which can deal with your Chip.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for the linkFor extraction bios image from dell exe :

What region you want to copy/paste !!
I have understand that from the "locked bios", i have to use an unlock bios and replace the "ME region" from the locked dump to the unlock dump.
Is it ok? (or i've made mistake)?
With the extractor, i have a lot of file (and not only 1 bin file)... I will try to understand but i'm quite newbie
if you have information, it will be good...

by Godfather79Hello everyone in the community
Dear Sir,
I need help removing/unlocking the BIOS Service Tag password on my Dell Latitude 5520 laptop.
Problem details:
* Model: Dell Latitude 5520.
* Board ID (from BIOS file): TGL MB 8L 19819-1 (Southpeak15).
* Required Password Code: 3FE2 (BIOS Service Tag Lockout Code).
* Service Tag: (Enter your actual Service Tag from the laptop here)
* BIOS Status: I successfully modded the BIOS file and created FINAL_CLEANED_ME.bin (32MB) with a clean ME region (CSME 15.0), because the original dump was corrupt....-
