i have this laptop.
this model is amd ryzen cpu.

i want to this bios and saw this thread.

i used unlock dell bios seller solution.
but not clear it.

if you know unlock this bios,please teach me.

Seems like this model uses System Disable 16-hex code.

I see 16hex code.
gen code enter bios but not clean.
(Change all menu but not password clear)
show locked setup.can not use gen code.

You just have to modify the instructions, CTRL-ENTER-ENTER (instead of just ENTER) as in Latitude and similar models.

Type: 8-digit password + (CTRL-ENTER-ENTER)

Turn on the computer and enter the wrong password three times. This will lock the computer and display a "System Disable" key.

Start with the NEW instructions to properly delete the password, if that procedure does not work then proceed with OLD instructions.

- Reboot or power-on computer.
- Enter calculated password, press and hold left CTRL key down, press ENTER key twice (CTRL-ENTER-ENTER).
IMPORTANT: Give it at least 3 tries before continuing with old instructions, as some newer models require this alternate procedure to properly clear the system passwords.

OLD Instructions:
- Reboot or power-on computer.
- Enter calculated password and press ENTER key.

I believe that you did not read the instructions, that's what happened.

Now that you know how to use the password, go to bios-pw.org and generate the password yourself.
