Thank you SMDFlea! That helped so much to fix my nuc that I suspect had issues with ME region.
Is there any chance you can share the procedure of how to clean the ME region?
Regards.

Re: Macbook A1398 2014 15" 820-3787-A CleanMe Bios Dump
Hi,
I'm looking for the same dump but for the 2013 macbook pro 15".
820-3787-A
A1398
I7 2.6Ghz and 16gb ram, nVidia graphics
I can clean the ME region myself.
Wondering if this one would work as well, even though it appears to be for the 2014 version.
Much appreciate somebodies upload for the 2013 version. Thanks

Re: HP Envy 15-ae178ca issues
Upon reading up some more on this, it's pretty clear now that the smaller die is indeed the PCH and it's shorted on this laptop .
I didn't know PCH is powered directly from 3.3V.
Appreciate your reply, Piernov. thanks.

That's the 8A 2F chip, which is RT8243A .
The dual mosfets I removed.
Also there appears to be a short on the 3.3V line (around 1 ohm). Strangely when I apply external voltage on there the only...

DV7-7398ca HP Envy Schematics boardview ?
Looking for above schematics or similar
Laptop has i7 3rd gen and nVidia graphics
Was partially shorting out in the GPU area
Removed the 4 dualFETs in GPU VCORE for now to get rid of the short.
Works now but no nVidia .
Just looking to see if anyone has schematics to make things easier
Thanks

Re: Looking for HP Pavilion G7-1174CA bios
Question: curious as to how you extracted those bin files from the hp factory package?
I might have to go to an earlier bios version.
Thanks ahead.

Re: Looking for HP Pavilion G7-1174CA bios
Also, this archive only has the Main bios.bin files but not EC ones for the second chip. I believe I need to re-program both each time.

Tried a few different versions found on this site and elsewhere with little luck so far. Don't have original bios bin at all.
