Hello,
i have a Surface 7 Pro shows Win Logo for few sec than off..

the Battery is full 8.4v measured
i tried it connecting Mainboard with Power Supply Standby about 10mAh then when i press Power Button it goes up tp 130mAh and than off

The only strange thing is that when I plug in the charging cable and check with a thermal camera, I can see the charging IC BQ25713 lighting up when I press the power button. Windows Logo goes off but the IC still lights up under the Thermal Cam. I'm not sure if this happens just because the charger is connected, or if it's normal.

maybe is my BIOS broken can anyone check it pls ? i uploaded it
