ignore that. i cleaned ME myself with the guide on badcaps/winraid and confirmed everything is correct with ME Analyzer however device doesn't want to boot it just stays on logo forever and cpu is warm. i tried different ME minor versions and also tried someone else's dump with cleaned ME. nothing - all same. i think something went bad on the board and there is no way of knowing what exactly. i checked each cap and there is no short anywhere lol just in case...

All power rails voltages are present, no shorts on main rails.
Tried clearing NVRAM - did not work

Please help with fixing dump or at least tell me what I can try to do myself...
