Just realised the compressed file only contained my cleaned BIOS. I've reattached with both the original dump and cleaned version.

And with an update to this, a new board and lcd assembly and still no touch with a cleaned ME, checked in the no touch thread about the sensor hub but it hasn't helped me. This is where it's new to me if the touch firmware portion of the BIOS is broken. I've tried once more to update with the microsoft firmwares but no luck. The UEFI is reporting touch firmware 3.1.75.139.

If anyone can point me in a direction where to go next I would really appreciate it. Or if anyone can take my BIOS and try it on their SP7 to see if they can get touch to work.

So my surface pro 7 boot looped for a couple of boots but it hasn't booted or boot looped for weeks now, just windows logo for a second or two, sometimes it shows the logo for longer, until it flashes off and on again like its going to boot, but only very rarely and it never boots, tried running it flat, didn't work, is there a solution for this yet?

You can try the me cleaned working bios that I posted few posts back. However the 3 second logo loop might be caused by multiple hardware faults as well. In my experience anything that goes wrong in the power up sequence can cause this (short on any rail, etc.). Did you check all the rails for shorts?

My question may be stupid: can I just flash the bios made by volinakis (#192), or does it need to be edited to match my serial number.

My SP7+ also allows boot from usb drive.
My sn: 006733213653

you have to read your bios chipset and post it here. 99,9% sure it won't start with bios from another surface.
