    that's it !

    1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.Good luck.

          post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

                      I have an dell latitude 5500 with pass on it also one usb port is not working, can anyone help me please with a bios pass remove also Clear ME please

                      2019 03 28
                      chips: winbond W25Q256
                      Service Tag : HPRP2X2

                      The laptop have only one bios cip 32 , is with one chip

                        post merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..

                      if the other USB ports work, it's not a BIOS problem... pay attention to the USB, maybe it's broken, maybe it's detached from the board... do you have voltage on it??

                          Would you help me to unlock bios 8FC8 for my dell latitude 5500.
                          SN : 79Y9Q13-8FC8

                          Note** I can Not enter the windows or anything in the system, when I start the laptop just see the security manager ask for BIOS Admin password**
