Please forgive me for hijacking this thread, but I believe it is related. Where is the bios chip located on an EDC50 LA-G902P motherboard (it is from a dell latitude 5500)? I am guessing it is UC5 on the topside of the board (GD25B256DYIG), however, everything I'm reading indicates the bios is a 32Mb chip. This is a 256Mb chip. Thanks in advance.Comment

As requested/promised, here is the dump I need cleaned. Also, could someone please walk me through the cleaning process? My co-worker has stated something about a "ME" region needing to be saved. Dell latitude 5580, motherboard cdp 80 la-e151p
3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"
(from here https://www.dell.com/support/manuals...e7a&lang=en-us)
I try plugging charger while pressing ctrl+esc, machine turns on, nothing and after 20 seconds it gives 3 amber 3 white blinks again.
