l460 is a i7 vpro if that is important...

It's not a problem with the BIOS, for this model the patch doesn't work in the traditional way.

the dump works fine i flashed it again and works, the strange thing is that i'm able to enter bios setup without typing a password , just enter and the bios pops up, in the bios settings is supervisor password enabled (grey colour) and i cannot enter or make any changes there...
how do u explain that?

Apparently you are recording the wrong chip, check the UC8M1, UC8M2 chips.

The uc8m2 chip is the original bios i didn't rewrite or changed it, I only reprogrammed the uc8m1 chip with the previous dump and works, the original bios file of uc8m1 is corrupted, or does it make sense to attach my own original corrupted backup of uc8m1 chip , perhaps can anyone repair my backup??

Unlocking is performed by the uc8m2 chip, after unlocking, return the original file.
