Re: da0x21mb6d0 rev d bios
Your BID is the same as the bios at post #14 .Use that bios, copy your DMI over from your backup to the new one with a hex editor, the offsets are at post #14,and in the picture.Copy from your backup and paste-insert using the same offsets in the new bios
HxD hex editor https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/

Hi, I'm sharing the update for this motherboard, as it's an older model and HP no longer offers it. It was difficult to obtain, but thanks to it, the computer is now compatible with Windows 11. Previously, I would get a blue screen or simply restart when trying to boot from the Windows 11 USB.

Dude, you saved me, the machine didn't want to boot from any USB, from any disk, and the client system is really slow, it won't let me update Windows because of malware... You saved me!

Thanks izaak94 . You made my day. I struggled three days to find this file. I called HP customer service They told me that my laptop is discontinued from their support. So bad from HP's side.Comment

by TraJikar MacI need someone that can capsulate one of the bios files below, and i prefer the older bios version so i can flash it using CH341A tool into the bios chip.
The manufacturer BIOS files are bigger than the BIOSbackup1.bin files by 256KB and I don't know how to fix or recompile it.
You can see in this link a conversation between me and other people (Starting at page 10) who tried to help me (thanks to their efforts), but i still couldn't fix it and the laptop is considered as dead until now.
Also, I uploaded a backup file for the bios that I extracted by using CH341A...-

by mikeybassHi, I hope some one has some advice for me. I searched the forums but didn't see anything relevant. I acquired two identical Dell 9010 Mid Tower computers from a business office upgrade (they were going to throw them out). Both of them have the same motherboard (00F82W). One of them works flawlessly. The other one had a corrupted BIOS. I tried flashing numerous main BIOS and EC files from the internet, but none of them worked. I decided to copy the main BIOS and EC from the working 9010 computer and successfully flashed the corrupted BIOS. This got the computer able to boot again and run norm...

by mkdjDear all,
I did my first laptop repair related to a BIOS issue. Laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad T480, and was not booting. With my brand new programmer, I did a back-up of the current not working BIOS, erased the BIOS chip, and flashed this dump: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...83#post3686683
Now the laptop works fine, I can access BIOS and boot on a USB drive. But I read stuff about DMI, and...-
