Is there a sticker on the RAM slot "What part number do you have on the white/green stickers on the motherboard and on the base."

Ok, so the white sticker at post #10 says X202EP and the serial matches the one in the bios,so it is the original bios,the bios by @peste didn`t work so you need to merge the asus X202EP bios update and copy the DMI info and win key .Attached FilesComment

Have you checked this capasitor sir ?
i've got a few days ago with same problem, first think bios or hdd problem. but after tried with another hdd & flash other bios problem not solved.
i replaced 220 capasitor with 330, that solved my problem

Hi all, I've spent the past week digging through the forums and guides to try correct my foolish mistake of changing hidden settings while tinkering around, and to be honest my heads overloaded so I'm hoping you'll be able to help.

I just got this tv today and it's getting stuck on the wallpaper. When I first power it on it goes to the V logo, then a black screen for about 15 seconds, then a Chromecast error for just a few seconds, and then finally to a wallpaper. It stays frozen on this wallpaper and does not respond to anything on the remote besides power on/off. Likewise the buttons on the tv do nothing either (besides power). I did the "reset" by holding the volume down and input buttons together for 10 seconds. It showed a message at the top of the screen saying it was Wiping Data and would restart soon. After... -
Philips 8200 series 65PUS8204/12 stuck at Philips Logo, it does not reboot it just stays on the logo.
It does power up when pressing the power button.
I already try the power button while plugin the plug with no result.
Also put the latest firmware autorun-TPM191E_R.001.004.100.000.upg on a MBR/FAT32 USB stick at USB port2 with no result either.
Could this be an PSU or eMMC issue ? -
