I have a Dell e7440 la-9591p motherboard, no matter what I did on the device, I couldn't start it. It uses MEC5075. On the first page, someone shared the jtag paths for tx390, I searched from the schematic and found the same legs. Can I make this read by soldering it in the same way as SWOD? or with rt809f? or what are its legs? Also, I think the place where it says rp1 is for jtag, but there is a resistor with 103 written on it. Can I remove it, solder the 5 paths and 3 gnds and read it?Comment

Thanks to everyone for the help.
My case was a ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 7 with motherboard NM-C661. I used an SVOD3 and the pinout from the picture I’m attaching. The reset is not needed when using the pull-down resistor.
In the SVOD software I selected EEPROM, and once the dump was read I changed the data from 0x300–0x34F to FF. After reprogramming, the password issue was solved.
Many thanks again to all, and I hope this can help anyone else who has the same model.

by mkdjDear all,
I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:
I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.
I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would...-

by Habble7The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

by MephysisHello guys i really need help, i recently updated my DS-7208HGHI-K1 and it somehow got bricked, I've got it up and working now by flashing a new dump file i found but the serial number is really wrong and the uploader of the dump file probably intentionally did it.
I still have the bricked dump file is it possible to transfer the serial number of the "bricked dump" to the "working dump"? -
by CityminHi all,
My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

by hyperwoodHi everyone,
I’m looking for a 2 MB BIOS dump for a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 16ARH7H / Legion 5 with mainboard NM-E471 Rev. 2.0.
The BIOS chip is a Winbond W25Q16FW (1.8V, 2MB) and it's completely unresponsive / bricked. I tried recovery via USB but no success. Now I want to reflash it externally using a CH341A programmer.
I already found 32MB dumps (e.g. from Vinafix and Badcaps), but they are too large for the chip – and the last 2MB in those files are just FF FF FF....
✅ What I need:- A working 2MB BIOS dump
- Matching NM-E471 Rev. 2.0, e.g. JY575
