I did not unsolder the chip I just put a clamp on the bios connected with the USB CH341A.
Is it also valid like that?

Yes of course, if you didn't unsolder the bios chip use the clamp to do the steps, just first remove the main and cmos battery.

If it takes more than 5 minutes to erase the chip, something is not OK.
Remove the main battery and connect the charger to the board, then try to do the steps again.

And yes, as SMDFlea wrote, if you don't have the unlocked bios bin file for your machine, you must first read an verify the bios chip from your machine, then post the file here so we can unlock the file for you, and then do the steps mentioned above to write the unlocked bin file back to bios chip!
Also if the erace/write/verify operations failed after manipulation with the charger, try to do the job with the version 1.4.1 of AsProgrammer

What do you mean?
The unlocked bin file from my post and the content of the chip after programming must be the same - absolutely the same you must check the content of the two files with Total Commander, if the program showing any difference between the two files you doing something wrong!

The ME firmware in your bios was corrupt.Try this bios with your pass removed and new ME firmware .
