Got it， Thank you for your reply. I can do RC unlocker, but I have a few of laptops are with same password, I worry about to damage the chipor motherboard when I remove chip from mothermboard, one motherboard was broken because I'm not a professonal soldering guy.
If it is possiable to retrive the password from bios file, it would be helpful. Thank you.

So, I have tried the bios from the Macronix chip on the Winbond chip and everything works fine.

I have attached the BIOS for Hp 640 g2 - CPU 6300u with cleared ME region for anyone who needs it.

Unfortunately, I don't have the right tools to desolder the chip. I read the BIOS and verified it. If that is something. Problem is that laptop beeps two times long and two times short, with a blank screen, and the fan is going like crazy.

Try read again and make comparaison

Hi, yes I have used a CH341A with a clip. Her is SN: 5CG6246ZVL.

It's a bad idea to use clip , can you dump your bios by desoldering and read it with Support SOIC8-SOP8 !
