Hi, can someone pls help me? I have this BIOS file that is corrupted, It´s from HP 640 G2. I've tried to clear the errors, but with no luck.

for a few hours, the pc turns off automatically without signal, and when I turn it back on, sometimes 3 + 2 beeps, or the led of the capslock key flashes or it turns off without screen. I don't at all want to put back the old bios which contains an unknown password. what do you think would be the issue?Leave a comment:

finally i know the way of using the program.
i unlock the file using the program.
but when i try to put the file on ROM chip using minipro program, it gives me error (File Open Error).Attached Filesif you find these attachements useful please consider making a small donation to the site

Hi Everyone,
I'm facing a problem with a locked bios with a password and i can't find how to remove it...
The small computer is only booting on a M2 ssd Windows partition and i get a "signed partition error" if i try to boot on the same SSD with another Os (linux for example).

Hi everyone,
I'm working on removing an administrative BIOS lock (Supervisor/Admin Password) on a laptop.
The board has three SPI flash chips:
- W25Q64FV (main BIOS)
- W25Q32FV (EC/TPM)
- W25X10CL (configuration)
I was able to read the dump from the W25Q64FV chip, CRC32 = 0x3DE23E27.
The dump contains protection that needs to be removed.
If anyone has a clean or unlocked BIOS dump for W25Q64FV, I’d really appreciate it!
I’m also happy to share my dump for comparison if needed.

Hello,
I'm using TONGFANG "GM7TG7P" model laptop for over 3 years and i'm entering the same bios administrator password everyday. My laptop has Aptio BIOS (American Megatrends, AMI).
But today it's not accepting my password. I'm %100 sure i'm entering the correct password.
I'm trying to reset my bios without success.
I tried :
-I removed the BIOS battery and main battery. Waited for a long time but it didn't work. They already stated in the user manual that the password will not be reset even if the batteries... -
Hey guys, I have an "ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506NF (2021)" that's locked with a UEFI password, I need to reprogram the BIOS chip but can't find a clean ".bin" file for this specific model, I've tried the official BIOS updates from ASUS support page, but they're 32MB updaters that don't extract to a usable 2MB .bin file for direct chip programming.
What I currently have available:
- Model: FA506NF (2021)
- BIOS chip: GD25LQ16 (16Mbit/2MB)
- Tools: CH341A programmer ready to use
Does anyone have either a clean 2MB .bin dump of this model,... -
Hello everyone, I come here to tell you my problem regarding the power-on password. It is not a bios reset demand, and i can't have any access to windows. This is the bios and power-on password that is blocking all other things.
My Omen 15-dh0052nf purchased second-hand was configured with the bios password upon purchase (very simple password :P ).
Having decided to sell it in order to get something more powerful, I reset all BIOS settings and set a blank administrator password. But the power-on password cannot be changed to a blank one so I let the actual password set....
