If someone were willing to help, they wouldn't be able to do so by the lack of additional information (E7A8 code).
Most likely your computer may still be under warranty, an advice, register it at www.dell.com, wait 7-8 days and then contact them through their chat and ask for the master password.Comment

you need a Programmer to read bios dump there is many programmer available in the market or online but if you are looking for cheap price than go for ch341

update:
it turns out that the old method work here
you just need a password clean dump, replace the ME region with the one from
the pc's original bios , flash the modified dump
and VOILA!!!! works like charm.

if you don't have time to write step by step then just give us hence like what tools to use and what componnent to keep and what to replace/swap
it seems more than one member here know how to do it and i believe them they do it for free but come on what sense they are trying to make here, isn't it about knowledge?

Before you buy CH341A, Take a look on what chip you have to read/write.
Then go to software programmer and look if that chip is supported.
And one more thing. You will be surprised when you discover that CH341A have 5V on data lines (pin 1, pin 2).

3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"

Hi there masters, recently i got a dell 5400 chromebook and wanted to install windows, i searched the internet and i found out other people also wanting a UEFI bios for this model, i searched there is a R/W legacy, but there are bugs like keyboard/trackpad not working, and hard to install.
so i decided to try to port one, this bios is based on dell 5400 windows version, i am testing this bios for a week now an found only a little to no bug at all in windows 10, or only a minor issue
in windows 11 sound driver compatibility, but overall its ok, for me i can deal with it, 😅😅😅... -
I am trying to remove the BIOS password for a Dell Latitude 5430 motherboard LA-L591P. So far I think that I have located the BIOS chip but NeoProgrammer says that is detects 3 chips. I have attached the dump from each one. Are any of these the BIOS file? Service Tag: 1DMC1T3. If nyone knows the exact location of the bios chip as well I would greatly appreciate it... -

i have dell latitude E7270 with following symptoms:
- takes long time to restart.
- sometimes powers on and then off
- sometimes while working it just dies,
From googling online bios clean could possible resolve this?
i was able to save bios and was going to try bios clean myself but get an below error when i drop it in ME analyzer.(unsure whether this sometimes occurs or could be due to bad/corrupt bios)
As ME analyzer gave me an error i just decided to write bios with a cleaned bios from E7270 bios post.

I am not experienced in electronics, but I really want to check if my idea is possible.
I have motherboard replaced from Dell Latitude 5520 (11th gen on i5 CPU).
BIOS/UEFI access on that MB/PC is blocked by password which I want to get it know - even if I need some bruteforcing or stupid manual activities.
There was no computrace activated.
I was happy when I saw many posts about removing BIOS password based on .bin file dummps. I wanted to go little further - get to know the password from the dump.
