Take a look to this video and you will do it 100%.

    Good Luck.
    Hello Stefan Steff

Yes, I think I did it okay.
The only thing that is not very clear is the MAC address field.
I changed it on the file in the field Integrated MAC Address 1 , I suppose its the correct one

When rebooted, it asked me for the Factory Host-Based MAC Address

I did like on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_hL1_ucjjI
but after saving changes, machine came back to initial state.
Turns on , HP logo, and off (caps lock blinks once).
Not booting anymore once again like when it came to me... frustrating

Is it getting corrupted by bad MAC address?

    What do you think?
I also leave here the config file I used with HP BCU tool

Any help is appreciated thank you

      Hello again,
You did OK...and you can start again from 0

About your config.txt...you can insert your MAC address F8-B4-6A-EE-86-99 at HBMA Factory MAC Address and HBMA System MAC Address.
      Like this:

      Host Based MAC Address
      Disable
      *System
      Custom
      HBMA Factory MAC Address
      F8-B4-6A-EE-86-99
      HBMA System MAC Address
      F8-B4-6A-EE-86-99
      HBMA Custom MAC Address
      00-00-00-00-00-00

...then I always use this rows at MPM:

      Manufacturing Programming Mode
      Unlock
      *Lock
      MPM Counter
      1
      MPM Lock Readiness
      Not Ready
      *Ready

...but to be sure if everything is OK I attached a config.txt what I used on another laptop similar to yours.
Try to study and compare the lines what are not clear for you.

      Good Luck !

P.S. config.txt must begin with the word "English"
