Need bios bin for DELL Inspiron 15-5567 P66F001

Hello.

Need bios bin file for 25Q128 flash, laptop is DELL Inspiron 15-5567 P66F001
mainboard BAL21 LA-D802P Rev:1.0(A00)

Problem is black screen, no windows boot in "background", I try CMOS smd jumper to rest bios, same problem remain, try another ram, same problem,
I try other bios bin found on net for 5567 but diferent motherboard LA-D801P problem remains.

Maybe someone have the right bios bin for this motherboard, to try.

Solved.

When I try bin form imranromi same problem remain, then I decide to check voltages I use schematic from LA-D801P, then I notice there is no voltage on +VCC_CORE and +VCC_GT, check arround PU603 and PU605 and there is corozion between pin 12 & 13 on PU605, cleanup, reflow PU605 and then I got +VCC_CORE, but no picture again, I program the original backup bios and everthing work. Then I update on to the last version. Most likely corozion was problem.

The bios has a clean ME ,so your problem is not with the bios.

Could you please tell me what voltage there was after you cleaned it?

If you mean to pins 12 & 13 I don't remember, 12 is Enable and probably is 3.3V, and 13 are pwm signal from another regulator, On VCC_CORE should be around +0.9V to 1.1V
