I need EC for DAG37DMBAD0

Hello, I have this HP laptop that can charge the battery but as soon as I press the power button it cuts off power and works only with the battery.
Without battery won't bother to start.
It uses the BQ24738H to charge the battery and this closes the input mosfets when system is at power on state.
The EC is blank and I suspect that it needs to get be programmed in order to work ok.
Has somebody that in order to get a try?

EC in this .zip file is ok, tested

In my case, I got my hands on the board for repair after an overvoltage from the adapter, the defect manifested itself in such a way that with the new adapter the battery only charged when the motherboard was turned off, after turning it on, the battery stopped charging. The problem was solved by replacing the SIO ITE 8987E and uploading the attached EC, the original SIO had a faulty input detecting the power of the adapter after a surge
