    dell e6230 BIOS ERROR.

    Hello friends,

    I have a special customer, and he needs the last bios update.
    I have the attached and I cant install the latest...
    Does anyone helps ...?

      Is the attached file your original Backup dump?
      What is the problem that you cannot install the Bios update?

          Does it prepare the update and then just restarts the PC without installing it?

                      I saw that, but my customer wants the latest ... A19. (I attached the Bios from Dell, if someone can edit in *.ROM or *.BIN)

                          There`s a reason why you can`t update.It could be a problem with the ME area of the original bios or the EC. Flash the bios from those dumps i linked to,then try updating again.

                                  Hey everyone,

                                  I recently bought a Dell G15 5515 with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and 3060 RTX. The BIOS chip on it was dead, and my hardware guy replaced the chip. After that, everything was working fine.

                                  The BIOS is currently at version 1.22.1, and I wanted to update it. I downloaded the latest BIOS version from Dell Support using my ST: FQZMYJ3, but when I tried to run it, it says "unsupported system." I asked my tech guy what he did, and he said he took the chip from another board and flashed it onto mine.

                                  I have a problem with a Dell G5 SE 5505 laptop that I hope someone can give me a few pointers on.
                                  [OK, it's not really a laptop, I'm running the motherboard on my desktop with only cooling, RAM and an M2 drive attached.]

                                  Hello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.
