Try this one,based on your bios merged with bios update A07 and clean ME . If it works,update to the latest bios and ec from dell .

I have 2 problems

After programming this file, when i take off the cmos battery,the system should restart several times automatically but it doesn't. it starts once without display and turns off then doesn't start automatically again . after that i should start the system manually in this condition the system runs normally and there is display. additionally when the system is off for some time, the power button doesn't work so i should take off the cmos battery again and run this procedure once more.
second problem : i can't update the bios for dell anymore and there is an error which i took an screenshot of and i append it here

Ok, try this one,if it doesn`t work its not a bios problem .
