Yes, BCU will complain, or the BIOS will say "Product information not valid" at boot; about the stickers not matching partsurfer, ask HP ...

As long as you don't lock MPM in the first try, you can fix it
Fot rhe CR2032 socket, ask in General Electronics section, or on Troubleshooting laptops, post pictures there, someone may be able to identify a suitable replacement; or harvest one from a dead board
