with this dump the fan turns, but black screen, so it does not work thank you for the link.

All the bios i found online are a match with the virgin bios from emachines ,they should have worked. Do some tests next if you havn`t done so already. Test with an external monitor , change RAM , remove everything except 1 RAM stick , look for any burnt parts or liquid damage, feel the board for any hot parts.
