I have a Dell INspiron 3580 EDI54 LA-G712p rev 1.0(a00) that does not start !! I have 3 and 5 volts on the converter, I have 3 volts on the power button, the kbc is powered, I also have 1.05 volts and 1.8 volts on two other converters, I tried several dumps but no change!!

I have a Lenovo G70-70 AILG1 NM-A331 where the power LED lights up for a few seconds. I have voltages on the 3v, 5v ram converters and the battery charging. When I press the power button, the processor and video chipset voltages appear!!! then disappear I have no short on the output of any converter !! I tried some dumps from the net!! no change!! What I curiously noticed is that if I put normal DDR3 RAM, not L as recommended, all the normal voltages appear, it doesn't stop after a few seconds!! but I have no image!!...Leave a comment:
