KEYWIN 223000-22303F

flashing a bios chip failed it means bios chip is toasted? or need to get new chip from the market and flash it with working bios file

Please help me so i go ahead and fix my laptop HP OMEN 15- AX236TX. if you want to check my bios file which i retreived from the chip please check above post.

If it hasn`t worked from USB recovery then your only option is to use a programmer. Make a bios backup first,you can post it here if you want or go ahead and program the BID08217 .It has to be the right one,its the only bios for KABYLAKE H .Note that by programming a virgin bios you will lose all DMI info.That means the serial number and other info. There are some HP DMI tools posted here,and some videos too to help.

Hi, I did as you said, i created backup of bios flash using ch341a programmer plus soci8 clip adapter from my bios chip , posting here my retrieved dump file from chip. I need help , please check this origional bios dump file which has 08217 bid you were right .

I have already flashed bios with 08217( confirmed bin ) on my chip but still getting no display and capslock blink 5 long 3 short

I have flashed my bios chip Gigadevice GD25B64CS1G using SPi flash programmer , bios file 80217F48, i have read old file using hex editor, bid is 08217 confirmed from old bios file. Now Hp omen 15 Ax236tx laptop fan running but still getting capslock 5 long blink and 3 short blinks. please help what to do next to fix this. any idea thanks

trying to recover the bios . my system is dead and i went for a repair but that guy had no idea so i came back and trying my best to recover my laptop to play games. i ahve bought flash re programmer but not sure of which bios bin

No, ive removed your attachment. Why post the virgin bios thats already posted here ? .Have you made a bios backup using an SPI bios programmer ? .Are you trying to recover the bios from USB ?

subfolders are 3 current , previous (empty), devfw(empty).

i have attached current folder bin files from HP folder.

quick update 0209.bin missed my mistake.

Your cpu is a 7700HQ (H) so try the BID08217 KABYLAKE H.If you want to check the BID in your bios backup first ,open it with a hex editor and search for the word BID ,or post your bios backup here .

and 7J is RT8816AGQW. No voltages on IC's.. only 19V is on mosfet near DC IN connector. I need schematic..Does anyone have it?
