Second do not inject voltage even 1volt until sure of fault area
Third check vout capacitor for leakage or short
Again follow the sequence and always check via multimeter voltage is dropping even slightly different reading will be shown

Pu301 is ok
Change pu401
Check capacitor pc422

2.5 ohm resistor replace it and check , it should be max 2.05 ohm

Driven_set 0 is ok because look in schematic @ sign at prz72 means resistor is not populated, only prz75 populated which is connected to ground
Correct me if I am wrong
Core voltage is ok , vccsa is ok

Remember whenever 3v ic get faulty there is 60 percent chance of kbc also need to be replaced

Pc16 is attached to pu9 3vs5
This supply was dropping we detected
Two reasons
Either ic or any other components faulty
If voltage dropped at pc16 it means ic is ok even after we removed
If voltage stable now ic is removed so no connection with other components of ic so proved ic was faultyLeave a comment:

With DC supply this time check at pc16 voltage stable or drops, same previous method voltage 3.3vLeave a comment:
