you upload bios is corrupt.read and bkup again.

this file is corrupted.can u share a working file my mobo num is 820-3476-a and emc is 2678.i tried 2 files downloaded from internet but with those notebook goes very slow

use the below commands for slow...

Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R.
Turn on your Mac.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys immediately after you hear the startup sound.
Hold these keys until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for a second time.
Release the keys.

i tried this but it only runs for first time after that again goes slow after shutdown.slow file is attached

That is something with his winrar because that file can not extract I tried with 7zip and winrar but can't extract
