I think the bios might be corrupted. That's why I want to flash a new one. Is it still useful to upload a backup?

Now that I have a backup of the bios, can I go ahead and try flashing a few of the dumps I've found and see which one sticks? Is there a chance of permanently damaging the system by flashing the wrong thing?

i learn a lot from one here, but i'm facing small challenges from acer and lenovo bios extractor.
zip and winrar software can not extract the files correctly, it always give error.
yes, i'm trying my best to edited bios file but acer and lenovo is my major challenges.
