Acer Extensa 15 EX215-23-R7NG - BIOS, badly need help :(

BIOS chip XM25QU128C
Here is my original bin file, as well as how the BIOS chip looks like

My situation is if I press my laptop power on, fan turns on for the first five seconds and turns off, no display (not even acer), but power indicator is on, and the CPU gets warm, even caught one time if powered on for long (before an hour) the fan turns on again, is it only right that I'm approaching via BIOS?

Before I got into this situation, I was just watching movies, and while turned on, pressed the battery reset button and cleaned the fan, then I got into this, I need help for the BIOS not of the stuff here works,

Trying the bin files around wont work for me, using CH341a programmer and 1.8v adapter
