Acer Extensa 15 EX215-23-R7NG - BIOS, badly need help :(

    Acer Extensa 15 EX215-23-R7NG - BIOS, badly need help :(

    My laptop model is EX215-23-R7NG
    BIOS chip XM25QU128C
    Here is my original bin file, as well as how the BIOS chip looks like

    My situation is if I press my laptop power on, fan turns on for the first five seconds and turns off, no display (not even acer), but power indicator is on, and the CPU gets warm, even caught one time if powered on for long (before an hour) the fan turns on again, is it only right that I'm approaching via BIOS?

    Before I got into this situation, I was just watching movies, and while turned on, pressed the battery reset button and cleaned the fan, then I got into this, I need help for the BIOS not of the stuff here works,

    ih5jm la-m611p is the motherboard, have similarities with the Acer Aspire 3, need help, the perfect absolute bin for me

    Trying the bin files around wont work for me, using CH341a programmer and 1.8v adapter

        This is a BIOS from the manufacturer's website, cut from the website, there is no SN yet, try flashing it first.

          Negative, I erased IC, put it in, and flashed, the fan turns on for 5 seconds and off,

          For the behavior of my laptop, even before I tried flashing the BIOS, the indicator turns on, fan turns on for 5 seconds and off, CPU slowly gets warm, no display
          and after removing the BIOS chip, flashing it, and whether the BIOS chip is soldered in it and removed, still the same behavior (indicator, fan, CPU, no display)

          It really is the BIOS I guess? Just the BIN is not good?
